Construction Process of Gunite Swimming Pool

Design & Planning: The construction process begins with consultation with pool design professionals. We will listen attentively to your ideas, preferences, and requirements to come up with a customized pool design that suits your lifestyle and complements your outdoor space.
Permits and Approvals: We acquire the relevant permits and approvals from the authorities before construction starts so that everything meets building codes among others.
Excavation: Carefully, we remove the soil for the pool area. We design it to fit into the pool shell.
Steel & Plumbing: A steel rebar framework is placed into the excavation. This allows the pool shell strength and structure. Plumbing lines which would include main drains, skimmers, and returns are also completed at this time.
Gunite Shell: Gunite is pneumatically sprayed onto the steel framework by way of a mixture including cement, sand, and water. It will give appearance to your pool design.
Tile & Coping: We install tile along the waterline to make the pool look attractive and protect its surface. We would install coping, either made of brick, paver, or stone, to add that finish touch on the pool edge.

Design & Selection: Just like Gunite pools, we consult closely with you to select the right Fiberglass pool model according to your needs and tastes.
Permits & Approvals: Like Gunite pools, we seek the permits and approvals before construction begins .
Site Preparation: We dig the pool area and site prepare for the Fiberglass installation.
Fiberglass Pool Delivery: The prefabricated Fiberglass pool shell is delivered to your location and accurately positioned in the excavated area.
Backfill & Plumbing: The area around the pool shell is backfilled, plumbing lines connected to ensure good circulation and filtration.
Tile & Coping: Tile and coping are installed exactly like Gunite pools. This adds an extra layer of beauty and functionality.
Decking & Interior Finish: The decking is constructed with your material of choice; any interior finish work will be completed.
Equipment setup & Pool School: Pool equipment is installed and we bring you Pool School: The installation of your pool equipment, and we teach you how to run and maintain your new Fiberglass pool.
